On a scale of 1 - 10, how often do you feel comfortable enough expressing something that makes you uncomfortable? How often do you feel safe enough to express frustration? How often do you feel you have to suppress your truth so that others don't perceive you in a "negative" light? How often do you feel safe enough to have care-frontations instead of confrontations?

Unfortunately, we currently live in a rigid world that tells us it's only okay to feel a certain type of emotion, because if not you're seen as unstable or irrational... can you guess what that emotion is? So many of us have been conditioned to believe we have to ACT a certain type of way instead of BE who we naturally are... Now is the moment to shift that paradigm and align with authenticity!
