That is a big crack!

I have been following the news reports about the growing crack for some time now.

In my opinion, nothing can grow forever. The glacier that pushed out the ice-shelf starts firmly on solid ground. As the ice (ice-shelf) is push out over the ocean gravity and leverage take-over. No matter what solid material you use, when you push it out many miles without solid support, gravity and leverage are going to cause it to crack. The ice shelf was going to break off eventually.

The question is, what will be the effects and how can we adapt to survive in an ever changing world.

Thanks for the video!

Steem on,
Mike

That's the exact question to ask. The world is changing, will we be part of the trip?
