11 House Flips Bought in 2 Months. (VIDEO)
So the first part of the year was a little slow buying properties. I only bought 7 flips, but the middle of the year has been great. I bought 11 flips in the last two months. This last one was bought for $234,500, needs $35k in work, $20k in other costs, and should sell for $320k or more.
I also did a cool compilation of the flips I have bought this year.
