Fried Zucchini.-1

You can just about expect every kind of preparation of food in Greece. Authentic original recipes overlayed with a western modern twists.

An example of this is the fried courgette which over in Greece is better known as Zucchini. Its an interesting mixture of tastes really, a some what exotic vegetable which is frequently served I stir fry dishes and as a supporting role item, now becomes the main attraction and star of the show.
