Fried Zucchini.-2

Batter is lightly applied such that the Zucchini retains most of its mild and even sometimes bland taste. Of course , it is a fibrous vegetable and thus carries some substance which is countered by the fact it is served in very thin strips.

The delicate balance of batter and Zucchini meat is important. Too little zucchini and the batter is over powering, often too salty.
