Master Bao.-2
The name of the restaurant, "Master Bao", directly refers to the main offering which is their buns with various fillings. In Taiwan, these are called "Gua Bao" and they have been a staple offering in Taiwanese street food with it's origin's tracing back to Fuzhou in China. The most standard "Bao" consists of a slice of stewed pork belly meat, sandwiched between a flat steamed lotus leaf bread. It is usually dressed with coriander, and ground peanuts.
