COMPUTER GENERATION: 80 YEARS OF MODERN COMPUTER HISTORY

in #zappl6 years ago

The computer we are using today, but not overnight. Just think, instead of being available in the market today, computers are being sold in the market whose size-size is bigger than any room! Yes, the first generation computers were just like that. At that time the computer we use today's proof-shaped device did not have any theoretical and practical existence, but instead of computers, there were a number of tools that were arranged beautifully, adding a whole room. Later on, as a result of the hard work, research and contribution of thousands of people, we got today's computer. Based on the history of computer progress or progress from the year 1940 to the present, scientists have divided this time into five generations (Generation). The first generation: Vacuum tube (1940-1956) second generation: transistors (1956-1963) third generation: circuit (1964-1971) fourth generation: microprocessor (1971-present) fifth generation: artificial intelligence (current And future) 1st generation: Vacuum tube (1940-1956) It has been said before, that today the computer means the device, the first generation, but it was not in today's state. Then the computer meant that the sum of several small-large machines. And to keep this computer, there was a large room. Large vacuum tubes were needed to use as a circuit, used for memory or memory, many magnetic drums were used. Maintaining this computer was also very costly, because it required large amounts of power to run these devices. Besides, this computer system was often disturbed due to the high heat generated. Computer services were completely dependent on machine language. The programming language was so primitive that it was absolutely impossible to give more than one command or instruction at once. As a result, more than one problem could not be solved at a particular time. Computer operators had to pass months, weeks, or even months in some cases to input input to a new problem. The input of the punched card and paper-based. The solution to the problem that came out of printed paper. UNIVAC and ENIAC were the first generation of two computer systems. The US Census Office started using UNIVAC computers in 1951 for their counting work. This was the first computer system sold on a commercial basis.

I think it's something about the colour matching it's surroundings or something. Why is the Golden Gate bridge red?
