The skeptic in me says no way. Just looking at the spinal chord this entity would have to remain in constant flight as it appears the skeleton could not support its own weight.
That dragon seemed very bottom heavy and incapable of flight to me. Plus, where are the wings? The best example I can compare it to is the dragon from the movie The 7th Voyage of Sinbad.
You've really got to love the Cyclops movies from back in the day. Thank you Brother, that took me way back!!!
