Healthy Mixed Veggies for Dinner
I've been all protein, carbs and eating out lately that I feel so guilty and I think I am gaining weight. I should balance and have fruits and veggies in the next few days and also exercise.
I made a simple mixed veggies dish for dinner later. I just sauted beans, carrots, chayote, mushrooms and eggplant. I love how it smells from the garlic, and the onion. The taste is great, kinda sweet from the veggie juices, I think. A few tablespoons of of soy sauce gives it the right seasoning it needs. This feels like one of my masterpieces.
