Power down time

I think power down time was invented to stablize the price of steem coin however I think it accelerated the pluctuation of the price. Because the man to do pump and dump could understand the nature of steem community's deposited volume of steem coin. So I think steemit can help steem coin stablize the price. Nowadays I watched these steep changes of the price several times and I heard many people also think the same with me.
