산들바람, 착한바람, 걷기 아주 좋네요..
오늘 말복날이지요.
기상청은 오늘 제가 사는 거주지 낮 최고기온을 37도로 예보하고 있어요. 그래서 서둘러 1만보 운동을 마치려 산책 중입니다.
더울거라 예상했는데요. 그늘이 있는 산책로는 이마에 땀방울을 식혀주는 착한바람까지 불어 걷기 아주 좋습니다.
휴식 끝..다시 1만보 가즈아~~~~
