Beautiful Nature in Bojnice

Hi Everyone,

We didn’t stay for long during our visit in Bojnice but during our visit, the one thing I remembered clearly was this massive tall tree with gold yellow leaves. It was middle of autumn when we visited but we weren’t really looking out for autumn leaves. Before having kids, we will always have our SLR with us but now, only my other one will have his but I will just rely on using my phone. Luckily phone these days are pretty good.

How we came about seeing this tree was it was late afternoon after we finished our our of the castle and walked out. The sun was shining directly onto the tree and it was literally glowing. Like “bling bling” glowing. Probably it was late afternoon not many people were around so we walked a bit closer and decided to take a few pictures before more people decides to join in the fun.

I was worried my Iphone won’t be able to take the nice glow from the tree but it managed to do pretty good. I also deliberately took the photo with some of the other trees around it so you get the idea how golden it looked. It was just like a “superstar” right in the middle of the crowd.

It was also a bit strange out of the whole park, only this tree had yellow leaves which why it stood out so much. The yellow shade was very soft but at the same time glowed. I’m not a nature person but I was standing there for at least a few minutes trying to admire it. It is definitely different to to some of the autumn leaves I’ve seen in Japan or even back home in Australia. If you look closely, a visitor went under the tree trying find leaves to take home.

If you are in Bojnice during autumn, do look out for this beautiful tree right outside of the Bojnice Castle. I hope you will be able to see the same glow as we did that afternoon.

fun note: the old man from the top picture walked to his wife to show her how to pose under the tree and came back to take a photo of her which I decided to snap a pic of him as well - super cute!
