Active Sunday 🚶🏾🚵🏾♂️
We have another lovely sunny day here In NZ with blue skies and no wind, another good day for solar production and for getting my arse outside doing some exercise.
I started the day with a 6K walk which was really nice after a very cold start to the day, lots of others were out as well exercising.
This is a nice looking driveway to someone's house, pity it does not stay like year round.
After my walk i helped bring the groceries inside then i made a cup of coffee to drink outside in the sun.
At around 10.30am i decided to go for a quick little ride of maybe 10K at most, stay close to home and just pedal away.
I may have got a little carried away and kept going further, i survived and finished with just under 28K.
Made a couple of quick stops one was just to put some more air in my tires which made an instant impact.
Smoothie Time
After having a shower and putting on some nice new clothes i made myself a 2 x 🍌🍌1 x 🥚some 🥛& greek yoghurt, ended up being quite thick and tasty.
Today there are another couple of games of basketball to watch if i want starting from 3PM, at least i can sit back and relax for the day.

Beautiful blue sky today - about the 5th day like this in a row
We are lucky to see five hours of blue sky in a row before it all turns to dark grey - after taking photos pretty much every day for years I've given up trying to convince anyone that all the weather is man made - as with the covid hoax, the global warming hoax is rolling in like a tidal wave and while most normies are still not sure if the moon landing was fake, Wellington is slowly turning into a libtard run 15 minute city. I have never seen such a shit show!
With the demise of Steemit, Hive, Blurt, and Flote I've given up on blockchains and only use Fakebook and my own blogs these days. I'm glad to see you are still enjoying Steemit, but after having my annual look around I have to say it looks about as pumping as most of the shops in Wellington!

Non-professional sport is the best decision a person can make for himself. Because when you do some kind of sport, you feel much better.
