That is the sweetest thing I have read on the internet today :)
But this brings up a question which has been in my mind for a long time now. Are internet friends, friends?
I have been active on various motorcycling/ cycling forums (besides regular Social Media) for some time now. In the process i have interacted with countless people, some of whom became good friends. But are such people really friends?
You cannot go out to eat with them, catch a movie etc. The kind of bonding you normally have in real life. Yet thanks to improved communication tech, i keep in touch with my real world friends through the same medium as with my virtual friends.
So I am still stuck on the same question for a few years now. Yes years! Would love to read your thoughts on this, since i remember reading that you like to socialise in the virtual world quite a bit
