Market Friday: My Town Grocery Wine Aisle & Wine Labels

This #marketfriday, I want to show you the Wine and Beverage Aisle of my local grocery!
It is unfortunate that people seldom look up to notice these wall decor and miss out on enjoying the awesome super-sized photos framed behind real window frames.
The wine and beverage section of my local grocery is extensive. There are three aisles dedicated to wines and two walls of refrigerated shelves for beverages.
For today's post, I want to show the different eye-catching wine label designs of a few of the bottles. I have not tasted most of these wines, but the labels are certainly very attractive.
Wine labels are essential visuals for the businesses in making and selling different wines. The label is all about catching the eye of the shopper and draws the attention towards the wine brand from many other similar labels on a shelf. This is crucial to ensure that the consumers notice your brand. That is the first step for a consumer to taste your wine. If the wine tastes great, the consumer will repurchase the same brand. So, the importance of the label is to attract consumers.
However, besides catching the eye, a wine label is significant also for delivering some information. A typical label informs about the type and origin of the wine. So, with the help of the label, a consumer can evaluate the wine before buying it. A wine label has vital details like the country of origin, type of wine, producer, alcoholic degree, bottler, importer, etc..

Today I was speaking with a coworker today and mentioned you, he asked where you lived and I said a suburb of Frisco... He said that SF is definitely on his 'bucket list' and here you are showcasing yet another marvelous place, and a grocery store to boot! It just shows that there are many marvelous farms and vineyards in your area. My area of Indiana used to be a huge farming community also, then it shifted west for a few decades. But it seems to be coming back! We even have several vineyards around here, but it is no Napa Valley 🤣

I know... where is ? Aren’t the designs of labels pretty? Yeah, many buy the wine the first time because of the attractive label, and become repeat buyers if the wine is good. I'm not much into wine which is odd considering I was raised on the fringe of the Barossa Valley, one of the world's best wine regions. McLaren Vale is close by where I live now too, another famous wine area...I appreciate that it's a bit of an art for many people though, and they get passionate about it. I'll have a glass of two but one tastes much the same as the other to me.
I love my Pinot, and take a half to a glass of wine with my dinner. It must be lovely where you live! Vineyards are always very picturesque!

It was a nice place to grow up for sure. Pinot is a nice drop, had a few. Just not that often. Happy to have a drink here and there, feels celebratory to do so I guess.
