HoI IV: AAR - Greater Finland #2

Germany declared war on the French Commune and they lasted less than a month, good job at dying so fast France!
North Africa is looking interesting, Italy for once is not being useless and is taking all of the British colonies but for some reason they let Greece take Libya and haven't recovered it yet and since Greece got over taken, the current Greek capital is in Tripoli!
The Germans managed to get a naval invasion going from the south of Britain by taking Dover, this will help me because the British up north will now have to travel south to defend London!
See? A lot off troops from the north left to defend the south and now we are making an insane advance, we even manage to encircle a few of their troops!
We managed to push in, the Germans even managed to take London! but then... then they just abandoned me and bailed to the Mainland, this is where everything went down the toilet. I started losing ground and when it was apparent that I had no chance, I decide to get my guys out of there! We abandoned what we had been working for for over a year, The invasion of Great Britain was a failure.
That little cheeky invasion cost us 700k lives and they where lost for nothing!

The Irish joined the Axis, a tad bit too late if you ask me, if they had joined a few months earlier we could have had this.
The Soviet Union is now attacking me :-( I don't have enough troops to defend myself and my allies can't provide support because they are scattered all over the world.
Helsinki was taken over by the soviets, we are done.
I'm defeat and my allies are defeated too, Spain joined the commie faction and catched Germany unprepared.
This attempt was a complete failure but I believe its actually pretty doable, I just need to change the order of Invasions, I basically lost because I didn't manage to secure Greenland to get the decision to get cores in all the Scandinavian nations, this would have put me at an immense advantage and would have given me enough man power to easily win every fight I lost here. I'll try this again another time!

I didn't know the Germans even had London!
That's why you should never trust your allies.
Next time make Spain fascist.
But I still see the UK invasion has to come before taking Greenland.
Because this will always go to the USA and if you don't have the UK, their navy will run havoc on your support.
But this is so non game mechanic speaking.

Actually, next time as soon as I turn fascist I will invade Denmark, the issue here was that they joined the allies and there was no peace conference, if I hit them early, I have a shot.
Before or after your Norwegian / Sweden plot?
Could you hit them early on, without a proper navy?
Before everything, I can just join the axis earlier and hit them from Germany
