Let's Keep Moving

Where there is a will, there is a way. We often hear the that saying, but sometimes applying it in everyday life is so difficult. This is because we often procrastinate to do now, but when the opportunity disappears, only regret exists.

The above often happens in our activities to actively move. We often ignore the time we have to actively move, we are complacent with the activity of sitting while holding our smartphone, we are too busy with work, thus ignoring our activities to move. There are many ways for us to anticipate the opportunity to actively move even though we are busy with work, for example not using an elevator to go to the workspace, but replacing it by climbing stairs. Or it could also park the vehicle farther from the entrance, so that when going to the office it will be further away and we will actively move. Those are some activities that we can do to make the body actively move.
