Better Late Than Never. I Accepted The Challenge From A Prince. #Dubai30x30
Let me begin my actifit report today with yesterday...
Everything was well. I got my #automaticwin (10k steps before 10.00am) at 7.00am, work was not as hectic and I was prepared to share my day with y'all lovely peeps.
Until, it was time to create my post and booom! No internet connection!
Oh yeah, frustrating. 😐
Just like how we frustratingly waited for the rain that was forecasted 3 days ago. See? I even took a snap of the heavy clouds yesterday morning as I jogged.
These clouds however vanished quickly. No rain came. Meh.
Today
Today started out slow- no #automaticwin. I completed my 10k steps after 9.00PM! Lol. Thanks to all the dancing I did.
Challenge Received
Last Friday, I received an SMS from HH Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, UAE.
Last year, UAE went abuzz when people started talking about them receiving and SMS from the Crown Prince. Why not, he is a celebrity in his own right.
The SMS, apparently was about a 30 days Fitness Challenge #Dubai30x30 organized by Fazza (how the Crown Prince is dearly known).
This year, the Dubai Fitness Challenge is back. It started last October 26 to November 24. DFC is all about motivating and involving Dubai’s residents to commit to 30 minutes of continuous exercise a day for 30 days.
It all starts with 30 minutes of exercise, for 30 energising days.
Challenge Accepted
Though almost a week late, I signed up for the challenge and downloaded the app tracker. Though I don't know how i will still be able to open it simultaneously with my Samsung Health app. 👟 Maybe they can all run in the backround (with actifit of course) and drain my phone's battery even faster. Haha
I am based in Abu Dhabi (but holds a Dubai residence visa) and will not have access to the venues and programmes they prepared so let's see how I'll progress. 😅😉
Instead of the network operator name, "Challenge Accepted" appears.
Down to the Last Two Months of the Year
Didn't we just celebrate New Year's Eve recently?
Goodness! Where have all the days gone to?
It's already November tomorrow (an hour from now, actually). We're going to look forward to my Little Monster's third birthday and my sister's twenty-nth birthday this month. I wished to take my remaining leave days in November but I think that's not gonna happen anymore... 😯

Wow! Great to hear that. And shit happens some times.It happened with me couple of days back. I posted my report at 11:59:47 pm. That was close and my hands started shivering while describing activity.
it's a win win situation with everything...with your body, Prince fitness challenge. I request you send him a challenge message to compete with our people here at @actifit haha. I'm sure Prince will be surprised to see the competition. It's a good initiative taken by him. Such young talent will be inspiration for coming generations.
Hahaha. Yeah lots of competition here at @actifit he'll think- why he didn't make a collaboration with them. 😆
The day and months are very fast... Because of busy days in our lives, we do not notice the next year is coming and we are getting older! LOL
