My Actifit Report Card: February 10 2019
Today's workout was pretty basic. I did 5 sets of squats. 3 front squat 2 on the hex bar. Didn't lift super heavy just enough to feel it.
In between sets I did some jumping roping, and hit the punching bag a little bit.
It's was a good light workout though to keep me moving. I've really been feeling great lately. Even with all the chaos going on around me, I've been able to be high energy and somewhat clear-headed.
