On the Road to Cincinnati - My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2019
I didn't make my goal of 10k today because I was on the road most of the day en route to Cincinnati OH which is a 290-mile drive. And of course, it had to be raining when we got here. Just love trying to find an Airbnb I've never been to before and then carry everything in while it's pouring rain.
At least the Airbnb is very nice. A Keurig stocked with coffee, tea, and flavored creamers was a nice surprise. The owner apparently attended the Olympics in Salt Lake City in 2002 because there is a memory box on the wall from there with all kinds of memorabilia on display.
This is a great neighborhood for walking with lots of nice homes and interesting architecture. If @crypt-skip was with me instead of Mom we would have done plenty of walking, but Mom is having a bad breathing day so I stayed with her. @crypt-skip is at home dog-sitting for Forrest, so I enlisted Mom to be my traveling companion.

Hi Eric, thanks for stopping by this lovely morning. The sun is shining today and hopefully we'll have clear travels back home. No time for walking this morning, but it's a very hilly neighborhood, which would have been great for me and @crypt-skip, but not so good for Mom. I'll probably have another low count day by the time the day is done and we get back home, but oh well. There's always tomorrow. Have a great over-the-hump day!

Thanks April! She's doing great, we just have to live with the fact that all the radiation treatments for the lung cancer will mean her lungs will never be quite the same.

Very good idea to stay indoors with Mom not feeling well, not fun going out walking in the rain, drizzle maybe but not rain.
