My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2019
I was in the car most of the day driving back from Cincinnati but at least it wasn't raining today for the drive home. I got my activity in though when I got home. We took Forrest for a nice long walk. It took twice as long as it does for us to walk the same distance by ourselves because he has to stop and pee on every post and park bench leg that we pass, lol.
This morning Mom and I stopped and had breakfast at a place called First Watch, which we just picked out at random while on the road. I like to explore new places whenever we are traveling.
It was kind of a health food place with a lot of organic food and juices. I had the best breakfast sandwich I ever had. It was called the Elevated Egg Sandwich. It had an over-easy cage-free egg, bacon, gruyere cheese, fresh smashed avocado, mayonnaise, and lemon dressed arugula on a buttered brioche bun. It was served with fresh fried seasoned potatoes and every bite was delicious.

Nice looking sandwich! It's making me hungry and it is almost bedtime.
@lightsplasher it was as good as it looks. I've had that kind of cheese before - and I have no idea how you pronounce it, lol - and I would not have thought arugula with lemon dressing would be good with an over-easy egg. I mainly decided to try it because of the mashed avocado, because I love avocado. Lots of time you order a sandwich with avocado and it will only have a small sliver or two, but this was at least a half of one. I wish I lived closer to that restaurant - we were about 200 miles from home when we stopped there.
Looks like Forrest was a lot nicer to you then me. He didnt pull you around nearly as much as he did me lol😆😆👍👍

Furball does the same thing, stops, sniffs, pees. I think it is Facebook for dogs. Read the post (sniff) and comment (pee.)
