Your church sounds like a very joyful place, with music and dancing. That's a great kind of praising! You got lots of steps in as usual, good job. Happy Mother's Day to your wife, so kind of her not to let you forget, and therefore keep you out of trouble!
Yes it is, once it's praise and worship time you've got to be up your feet and dance away your sorrow i.e. if you have any. Lol
