My Actifit Report Card: May 12 2019

Hey Actifitters and Steemians,

We went for early morning service at the church and as usual there was a lot of dancing and buggy wuggy dance steps. Lol. Anyways a lot of step counts were gotten from dancing during praise and worship time in church. I hear there is Mother’s day today in the US so HAPPY MOTHER’S again, lol, yeah we had our more than a month ago. It’s nice to hear we celebrate Mother’s day and Women’s day but only celebrate father’s day which by the way is not as popular as mother’s day. Lol. I don’t even know when father’s day is this year but my wife knew all the women celebration dates right from January. And she kept doing all kinds of things to let me know what she needs so that I don’t forget and so there won’t be any reason to kick a man out of his own house or avoid stories that touch the heart. Lol. Just kidding. Just feeling so happy today.

Stop at the market place

After the church service we drove to the market to get some stuff for the house. We parked a bit far from the market so that it’ll be easy to drive out after shopping and it will also add move step count for me in the bag. The sun didn’t make walking an easy task for us because we had clear skies and no sign of rain. The sun was very hot and I didn’t go with my face cap to church. After we were done buying we walked back to the car and drove home.

I had planned to go for a walk in the evening but we had arabbitmm member who visited us because someone in the church had apperantly mentioned how rabbitm me tasted and she wanted to see for herself. My wife invited he to come in the evening. She ate it and was leaking all her fingers. We had loads of laughs and talk about fun memories of the good old days. That was it for me today as I am already nodding my head and trying to shake off this sleep so that I can finish this post. Lol. Nighty night.

Back in the days we were mostly influenced by foreign music as youths because our local musicians hadn’t upgraded then. I enjoyed loads of rap songs then, LL Cool J, Naughty by Nature, Salt N Pepper, MC Lite, Will Smith and a great host of others. We learnt to use the F word, the Sh.t word and a whole lot of them, we only used them when talking with friends though, try using it at home and you get the beating of your life. Lol. Now I spend loads of time talking to my kid, back then you were reprogrammed by beating. Lol. If you wanted to be naughty you would imagine the beating you’ll and burst that naughty idea. Lol. I guess we turned out ok. Enjoy this song by Naughty by Nature
