My Actifit Report Card: May 14 2019
Sorry, I may not able to flip the photo. I dont know why, I guess this is a problem. So, WOW! I never thought I reached 17k this day. I had a stroll and decided to walk instead of commuting from our Univesity to our house. Im not doing this again, my thighs are having a sore. My legs are burning and my feet is almost dying.
I can also feel the heat this Summer. At almost 12pm of noon, we had almost like 42 degree celcius heat index. Id rather stat at home and play some wii exercise dance or maybe Zumba tomorrow inside the house. Next post Ill try to measure my weight my height and waists, not here in our house. Maybe at the nursing station from our University.
