Good job, though I can't imagine exercising when it's that hot and HUMID. Makes me just want to nap, which you said you can't do, so just sit under a tree. I am a weenie, and un-aclimated. I better go for a walk now, it's cold, but you have inspired me. Thanks for that, and have a nice night.
DD you always find cool stuff while walking, I have found the coolest shoe sole next to a bunch of snail shells :D
