All these new gadgets - fitness watches and bands know how to detect sleep time and depth. I didn't take time to learn about the technology behind it - yet ...
I am certain it is not some eact science and that you have to take this data with a bag of salt.
What is true is that 5 1/2 hours is not enough. Consecutive nights of not enough are even worse.
Yeah, I went on that kind of sleeping pattern for a month and made me feel really bad... Luckily I have been able to sleep over 7 hours lately so I guess I'm ok
