You know @jayna, I've learnt that 5k is still a great count. I use to set 10k for myself and it kept driving me to do more but at the end of the day I wasn't resting. I almost broke down before I realized it all about giving it your best for that day.
My best can be 30k, 10k or 5k as long as my body is ok with it, it is cool.
