My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2019

I have decided to clean myself up, I have took on a new lease of life! I have created a really organised calendar to make sure I get everything I want done, done. This involves revision, all my projects, homework, gym and morning and evening reminders. Because I feel I am just procrastinating as Im not organised and it means I'm not getting everything I want done. I also plan to get busier

Everyday I am going to document my progress of my exercise and diet and how it is effecting me mentally as well as physically. I am going to do a more detailed post on @mrultracheese about the diet.

But essentially it's a really minimal well timed food and teaching my body that it can last hours without food it doesn't need anyways.

Today I had a apple and banana smoothie with protein for breakfast, then lunch I had soup with two slices of white bread although I'll be changing that to brown from now on. And lastly I had my normal dinner which was chicken fajitas and salad, I had a lot of that although I didn't have any wraps as I'm trying to cut simple carbs.

Hope it goes well. I can usually stick to eating like that but I've been eating more since I've been doing 10k steps a day. Will have to work on that.

I think it's timing of meals, like I am currently getting a little hungry about an hour before dinner, but that is fine as my body will get used to it.

I'm sure our bodies are meant to feel like that, as our ancestors wouldn't of had all this food that's so easy to get. I also think the stomach adapts quite quickly.

Yeah exactly like the way I eat is sustainable for me because eventually the exercise will cut down and I will get fat. Also it's saving my body as it doesn't have to break down as much stuff
