I can tell you the story but no way I can rhyme it as the original...
Grandpa Greybeard pulls on a turnip.
he pulls and pushes, stretching and sweats but the turnip stirs not, shakes not. It stays there.
So he calls for Grandma. They both push and pull ... with no result.
They call for their granddaughter and the three of them pull but the turnip stays where it is...
So they call for the dog...
...Then for the cat...
...Then for the mouse.
The six of them finally pull the turnip out.
And they feasted for three days and nights in bliss and joy... And that's it.
Love the story!! Teamwork rules!
