Is that 7k steps? One major upside to my time at work is that I typically get that on a daily basis because it's four buildings across a whole campus, so lots of walking up and down stairs!
Yeah, it was only 7k steps! Not a lot compared to what I used to do! I'm slowly going to increase the count as my knee settles (new complaint) - and my schedule settles back down as well.
