Tracking food is a pretty good way to monitor nutritional consumption but I find it often tough to measure the portions. I have done it in the past and the awareness helps plenty!

Yeah i've always shied away from it because I thought it would get super annoying to try and track things all the time - but so far it's been a good experience. Like you said, just getting the awareness is helpful!
