You do keep busy! I'm sorry you "lost" your day off, but then cleaning out a room makes me feel lighter, kind of like a day off. Hopefully you feel lighter too. I also schedule days off into my week, yesterday was one, just so that I have some "free time" to deal with the unexpected. Time management skill #1: make sure your time is not fully scheduled! The problems come in when I do nothing on my days off - then I feel like I got nothing done. Yesterday was one of those, and I didn't even write anything. I think I'm depressed. Maybe I need a cleanse.
