My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2019... Motivation Monday ๐ช๐ฏโจ
Hi Everyone ๐,
Welcome to my Monday report. Hoping your day is going well so far. I started my activities with an early morning walk and jog at 5am. It rained last night and this morning the weather was still cloudy โand drizzlyโ
It was still dark but with a nice breeze as I walked and jogged around the neighborhood. I got back home took a shower and left for work
At the office the day went well and I even collected more steps during the lunch hour. Today I didn't have the Monday blues.I had a good night's sleep and had aimed to start the week with an automaticwin and keep the energy going through out the day.
Back home I did some steeming before going for the sunset walk. I walked the neighborhood ending up at the park then back home and calling it a day ๐๐จ
Today for motivation Monday I share some fantastic videos that I think everyone should watch. There is lots of power in our thoughts, thought process and even the words we use. Then there is visualization and how it affects the outcomes in our lives. We generally attract what we visualize. Take ten minutes to watch the video and you will be glad you did. That is your dose of motivation for today ๐

Great job as usual Eric. And very good motivational videos. The perfect thing for your Motivational Monday. Nice plug for Upvotebuilders too, I'm going to have to do something like that for my posts.
