My Activity Report Card: October 9, 2018 [Because health is important]

Before we start with daily activity lets start with a way my day started, with a photograph of it to be precise. Love work days like this as it is such a pleasure to cycle to work during this weather. Gives me more energy than I spend, it is like recharge, or perpetuum mobile.

Now back to the point of this post:

Daily activity:

  • Cycling to work and from work
    8 km with 50-meter elevation
  • Working in catering service for 8 hours
    Walking around 13 km
  • Workout for around 20 minutes, bodyweight and calisthenics, whole body
    It was more as warm up for slowly getting the routine and lower chances of sore muscles. This way I can see on what part of body I need to workout more

Calories intake:

  • Around 3000 kcal

Currently around 74 kg

Sleep:

  • Around 7 h

It was really good day for movement and activity. Also, I am so happy that I finally started working out without feeling the pain.
