Thank you @roger5120! I am continuing to train with #PowerMoves in mind! They are fun and challenging at the same time. It is also good because it keeps me honest with where I'm currently at with my health and fitness. I like to have quick ways to check in with myself. That's what a #PowerMove is especially good for! :)
