What a great idea! Fibres are the last thing you want in bread (by the way, those baguettes look gorgeous. What temperature do you have the oven?)

Thanks shanibeer. Yes I was practice baking baguette for a week. Almost everyday I baked 2-3 :D I preheat my oven to 250° and set it to 200° when I put the baguette in. But the oven I use is quite old so may be different for other ovens.
