Good step count. I've had a York exercise bike for about 10 years. I use it a lot and it's almost silent, so I can watch TV while I exercise.

I used to own one and lost 3 stone using it whilst mixing with the odd run. Was nice doing doing different things up and as you mention you can catch up on TV or watch a movie.
