I wouldn’t worry about the diet too much. Pretty well everyone gets lazy with it over the holidays. The trick is to use this first full work week of January to get back to reality and the diet!

Thanks for the encouragement, its all a mental game hey? My mind is like, you can't do this, but you're right, slow and steady, move forward and get back to reality.
My wife got off her diet during the holidays. No big deal as long as she rebounds quickly. We’ll see how it goes!
Its so easy to rebound if you do it quickly, but it gets harder and harder the longer we wait. Don't you think? That is what I find.
