I got these steps throughout the day. HUGE self-care day.
I did therapy, training, visited friend's, family, and ate beautiful food. Gratful for this immensely beautiful life.

But i beat you just by a tad . Today i walked 72. 06 steeps . Well at least 7.206 . Things start to break down when in anything under a whole step.

I had to delete the post yesterday. It made no sense. Hahahaha makes me laugh. I fell better today because no radiation treatments until Monday. I will redo the post when I can today.

Thats a good step count day, Mine was an easy day doing things around hone, but i did get in one walk around the neighborhood which was nice on a sunny day
