Just the word dentist gives me shudders ... for so many reasons. Oh the actifit app always closes on me too or else i forget to carry my phone, or it's not charged up! But, 13,000+ steps is a wildly crazy active day!! AND you're down 20lbs!! Holy! Hard work!! It's paying off. I am working on my first 10! I will let you know when i get there. Don't hold your breath!
