OPENING ROADS BETWEEN THE MOUNTAINS.

In our lives there are situations that paralyze us, do not allow us to move forward, mountains that no matter how much we try to avoid we must cross, but with our own strength it is difficult to achieve.

Mark 11:22-25

22 “Have faith in God,” Jesus answered. 23 “Truly[a] I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. 24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. 25 And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”

God has not set limits to our requests, we can pray for what we need, but sometimes the mountain moves with a simple word "I forgive you", it is a difficult word to say but powerful because it puts an end to each dispute and leads to peace. Forgiveness moves mountains.

But what does it mean to move the mountains?

Jesus in these verses is speaking in a metaphorical sense because the mountain represents difficulty, disease and everything that blocks our life.

Isaiah 40:4

4 Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level, the rugged places a plain.

The valley represents discouragement, depression, and God does not want us to live in this condition. When we take pride and think that we live independently of the Father, we find ourselves in these conditions. The Lord invites us to lower ourselves, that is, to humble ourselves and eliminate from us all the wrong thoughts to return to the truth of the Gospel.

Isaiah 49:11

11 I will turn all my mountains into roads, and my highways will be raised up.

Every time we make a conquest we discover the way forward and thus we can teach others how to conquer. God will make us know all his ways and paths to always live in victory and keep the enemy under our feet.
