Some time ago I was talking to other people about what a quality publication is.
You have said it very well, it is something subjective. therefore we cannot declare in its totality if something is of quality or not.
It could be standardized that you need a post to be taken into account. Taking those standards into account, maybe a robot could come up to work with it.
I can propose now. Let the robot indicate a band of possible profits from the publication. If it is below or above, it should be adjusted.
