For case 1,
my diagnosis is ruptured ectopic pregnancy.
Investigation urgent PCV, RVS, PT, GXM,Abdomino pelvic USS,...
Treatment is resuscitation (IVF, transfusion), then surgery.... Exploratory laporotomy.

For case 2

My diagnosis is chronic liver disease ( probably alcohol liver disease)
Investigations - LFT, SEUCR, Abdominal USS, Clotting profile, CBC

Treatment. Stop alcohol and cigarettes intake.
Treatment is symptomomatic and palliative( IVF, Antibiotics, Diuretics, laxatives...)
