Today I tried a different approach on my leg training, I use TUT (time under tension) during the leg press and the wide hack squat, and it felt 👌🏼.
I also managed to Squat 200Kg, even tho I had something bothering me in my right hip 😭

200kg? Wow. Big number right there. How much do you do on the bench press?
Bench pressing is actually my weakest, right now my max is 140 Kg, however in the last few weeks it looks like 135 kg is heavy
