Oh, XCom (do number 2, but number one is also good) reboot was awesome! Streamlining the original vision without losing the complexity. It really is up there on my all time greats! Keep in mind that is designed to be a constant struggle, you really have to earn your success!
As a bonus, it can be played in short bursts as well! Check out the longwar mods if you are for a serious challenge!
