I love the one you did that you said is similar to the other artist. I think it might be similar in post but it looks to be in 'your style' which is a wonderful way to work on your style I think.
I think it's always a great exercise to try to mimic some of your favorite artists. No matter how similar the end results are, your personal style will always shine through and evolve in the process. I just didn't want anyone to think I was copying her though XD Better safe then sorry.
