Monet is one of my favorite impressionist artists. I am quite familiar with the the Water Lilly series of paintings, but had no idea such tragedies are connected to any of his work. Very interesting post! :)
I did not know this before. As soon as I started to study the paintings, I found many interesting "coincidences". Such as this. It's really interesting! Thank you
