Aventurine Pendant
It has been a long time since I worked with wire. Today, I pulled put some tools to see if I could still do it.
I usually begin by twisting the wire pieces together to make a sort of cage for the stone.
And I make sure that I twist all of the wires together at the top in order to secure the stone and leave a bit to make the loop/bail.
And then I get so involved in wrapping and twisting and making a nice design that I forget to take pictures. And before you know, voila, wrapped stone pendant.
I'd like to get back into making these, but I'd forgotten how hard it is on my hands. Sheesh.
