Ohhh I dunno this Lackadaisy but I do love drawing period costumes, including the 1920 fashion. They all look so fabulous and exciting and different :D.
                             
As for your question, I think it's both hahaha. She likes when people react to her, so sometimes she's deliberately late, but that might be just her covering up for her serial tardiness XD.
