Are you thinking of a class action suit? If so, would there be some benefit to using a law firm, hand them over the list and let them do the legwork and asskicking on two fronts, namely the violation of privacy and mismanagement of funds/fraud, and using two channels? Sure, they'd have to get a cut and lawyers may not be your favorite species, but it would be in their own best interest to squeeze as much reparation as possible.
I wonder if this could be conducted on two fronts 1) through the "justice" system 2) though their regulatory body (the Financial Conduct Authority?) which may be instrumental in revoking their license to operate.
